Why does the access point in Client mode not distribute the Internet?
There is a Mikrotik (192.168.1.1), which distributes the Internet in the local network.
There are two access points TL-WA701ND. One of them is configured in AP mode (192.168.1.25), the second in Client mode (192.168.1.26). The distance between them is about 150m, the signal is excellent (external directional antennas and line of sight), ping 1-4ms (between points). The DHCP server on both points is disabled because it is distributed by myrotik.
If you connect to the AP access point from a laptop / phone, then everything works without problems (we get the settings from DHCP from Mikrotik).
If you connect a laptop / PC with a wire to the Client access point, then we get the IP settings from DHCP (192.168.1.1), but there is no Internet, there is no ping either by domain name or by IP (neither local hosts of our network, nor external addresses). If you ping resources directly from the interface of the Client access point, then both local hosts and external addresses are pinged by IP, nothing is pinged by domain names.
The firmware on the access points is the latest from TP-Link.
Has anyone experienced something similar? can you suggest the reason and solution?
