Why does the 3d printer not feed plastic?

Good afternoon!
Became the owner of such a 3d printer.
After painful assembly and setup, it turned out that the printer starts printing (all motors move), but the plastic feed motor does not work. At the same time, the plastic is manually pushed through and melts as it should. + If on the touchscreen itself you select the filment'a replacement function - the motor spins in both directions.
When switching the extruder motor to another port on the board, the motor works as it should (meaning the motor and wire are normal). Replacing the driver from a neighboring motor did not lead to any results.
Do I understand correctly that this is a marriage of the board or can something be done?
Thank you.
