I am looking for a service for the possibility of 3D printing of various models, (predominantly made of plastic) which therefore has the following features:
- User-friendly interface
- Easy payment
- Free or cheap delivery to Russia if it is a foreign service
- Support for popular formats
- Plus, it could be the creation of your own store ( or selling 3D models for printing)
And what free editor can be suitable, besides Blender, there are programs?

Try going to 3dhub. I used to provide my services there. People from Russia ordered and paid via PayPal.
For 3d modeling, go for Fusion 360. It's very easy to learn + it's solid modeling (you can't make the mistakes people make in Blender, 3dmax, etc.).
