Has the Printrboard board for the Printrbot Simple 3D printer stopped being detected in the Device Manager?

I have ceased to be detected via USB in the Device Manager (Win7x64) Printrboard for the Printrbot Simple 3D printer. It used to appear as a COM-port, now it is only defined in firmware mode (it's a jumper on the board) as Atmel AT90USB1286 DFU.
Nothing can be flashed onto it, the Arduino software does not see it, only Atmel Flip detects it.
Flip gives Blank check fail. The manufacturer promised a replacement, but it got stuck at customs.
My suspicions about the bootloader.
There are two questions:
1) Can this problem be solved by uploading a new bootloader through the ICSP programmer (6-pin)
2) And will the Blank check problem be solved?

I had to reconfigure the fuses. Upload the firmware and everything worked.
After that, the XYZ axes must be calibrated (g-code command M92)
