Has anyone registered an Arduino weather station with WunderGround or a similar service?

Actually, did anyone manage to register their homemade weather station on the WunderGround service or a similar service? I didn’t find anything on WunderGround, you can only register a serial device. Apparently the developer of the device needs to pay something, or I'm looking in the wrong place.
Perhaps there are similar services?

In both cases, there is a documented and fairly simple API.

You need to write a program for Arduino that will transmit data using the protocol of one of the listed stations.
