Why does System Restore require after a while after installing Windows 8.1?

Good time of the day.
The essence of the problem is this: after installing Windows 8.1, after some time, some sections of the system disk may no longer be available, after a reboot, system recovery is required. I install on SSD OCZ-VERTEX450. Full disk format and reinstallation of Windows does not help.
Everything was working fine before the BIOS update, maybe something went wrong while updating it, but it seems to be working fine. If you need any system information, I'm ready to provide it.
Any ideas?

Have you tried rolling back the BIOS version?
Plus, check (replace) the power, temperature, SATA cable.
