Why does Syncthing on Windows 10 require authorization?

On Win 7 and Win 2008, everything is fine, but on Win 10, after launching on the localhost: 8384 page, it requires authorization.
I tried to enter the data of the local user (admin) - it does not work.
Rummaged through the forum https://forum.syncthing.net - not a word about such a problem.
