Why does SFC find corruption immediately after a clean install of Windows 7?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to install Windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, but immediately after installation, when checking the system. files, the sfc utility finds broken files.
I installed an SSD on my laptop and increased the amount of RAM . I
installed it from a disk and tried it from a flash drive. Many drives have tried the same result. The distributor is original. Counter. amounts match. Burned at low speeds.
What could be the problem?
