Why does saving Chrome history and URL hints in the query string fail?

It never happened. On all devices linked to a Google account in Chrome every day like a new one.
The most interesting thing is the hints in the status bar for articles from 2011, which I was interested in 6 years ago. Directly a time machine)
I did not install any third-party software or extensions. Viruses were also not observed.
