Why does redmine give an error when checking for new versions of modules?

Redmine

When I try to check for new versions of redmine modules,
Administration -> Modules -> Check for updates
gives an error:
Unable to retrieve plugin informations from www.redmine.org
literally checked for updated modules on 12/30 and everything worked, the server did not reboot
Tell me how to fix it, thanks
