Automatically adding a user to a project?

I have several projects in redmine, for example project1, project2, project3.
An email has been created for each project so that users can add tasks via mail, such as: [email protected], [email protected], etc.
When a user writes a letter for the first time, an account is created for him in redmine, and his task is in a certain project. But since the created user is not linked to any project, he does not receive notifications about changes in the task.
Actually how to do it automatically?
For example, [email protected] wrote to [email protected], an account was created, a task was created, and he (Vasya) became attached to the Project1 project. If Vasya writes to the support of project2, then he will get into project2, respectively.
And I would also like an automatic replay, when Vasya writes to the support for the first time that his task has been accepted and is being processed. I found the plugin, but it does not work in redmine 3.4+.
