Russian characters in send_file?

Hey! I'm trying to send the file using the send_file method, but the Russian characters in the name are replaced with krakozyabra :( What should I do?
UPD: I uploaded it to another server and everything worked. So, the problem is not in Ruby. What could be the error?

Is it on the first line of the file # encoding: UTF-8?
Usually this solves the problem with Cyrillic.
