Why does RAM show 2133 instead of 3200 MHz?

I don't understand much. Or is that how it should be? XMP-profile included (seen on the screen).
Components:
ASUS PRIME B560M-A, LGA 1200, Intel B560 (3200MHz)
INTEL Core i7 11700F (3200MHz)
PATRIOT Viper RGB PVR416G320C6K DDR4 - 2x 8GB (3200MHz)

It looks like your sticks call themselves that: "Patriot 8Gb 2133MHz"
In all other places it says 3200
If you have Windows, you can see what is written there in Task Manager -> Performance -> Memory -> Speed
