Why does quote mark change to @ symbol in Intellij IDEA?

I started learning Java in one of the well-known online courses. They offer IntelliJ IDEA as an IDE. I ran into a banal, probably, problem: when entering a double quote in any layout, the commercial at symbol is entered in the editor field. However, the comments are fine.
I understand that this is some kind of feature of the editor, but how to enter a double quote?
