Why can't intellij idea see a library written in kotlin?

Hello! There is a self-written library written in Kotlin, I use it in another project, but there was a problem. If the project is java, then intellij sees the library in java classes, but if the project is written in kotlin, then intellij refuses to see the library. With what it can be connected and how to solve it?

In the Meta-inf folder, the .kotlin_module files are present, as well as the main kotlin libraries necessary for work.
