What is the GUI of IntelliJ IDEA 13.1 written in?

Does anyone know if this is Swing or what? Looks pretty nice, and the skins are able to. I want that too :)

At first glance at the source code of the idea community https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/tr... , this is swing, just not standard components are used. (I didn’t read the source code much, I could be wrong about something, but swing is used for sure)
