Why does printing seem to come in chunks when holding down a key?

I’ll immediately forgive your forgiveness if I didn’t get it with tags or with a resource in general.
I bought a laptop, the problem is as follows, when holding ANY key on the keyboard, printing does not go as I used to with all other PCs, but as if in jerks , how to make it faster / continuous / smooth printing ?

Thank you all, I turned on my head, remembered about the keyboard settings in the control panel, but it's still strange that the same settings work differently on different devices.
