Why does phpMyAdmin report reloading privileges?

phpMyAdmin reports that

Note: phpMyAdmin obtains user privilege information directly from the MySQL privilege tables. The contents of these tables may differ from the privileges used by the server if they have been changed manually. In this case, you need to reload the privileges.

I click in this message on "reload privileges", reports that everything is successful, but the message continues to hang.

PS Through the terminal too tried, entered under mysqlroot-th, executed In the answer I Reload page PMA and the message also remains.

phpMyAdmin can't see if the privileges have been applied or not, so it prints this message just in case.
