Where and how to convert a png file to cur? To set the cursor on the site?

There is a png cursor:
7b54fdc6e7124789888df80de4ee8e6b.png
I convert this image to the cur format, I connect it via url, but it starts to swear and does not work. Third-party cursors are connected normally. The reason, as I understand it, lies in the correctness of the conversion.
Where and how can I convert this image correctly?

in your case, something like a radish or a tarantula, that is, abandon the relativistic model and switch to keyvalue inmemory storage. in the case of the tarantula emnip, even the main benefits of the relayshin will be preserved.
Plus - speed and all the goodies of the keyvalue.
Minus - keyvalue and everything will be fucked up in case of a fakap with shutdown / reboot of the server server.

ClickHouse, given that there will be no UPDATE / DELETE, and your write / read rate.

Why convert? Of course, I didn’t use it myself, but they usually don’t lie on css-tricks.

.custom {
   cursor: url(images/my-cursor.png), auto;
}

How annoying when they do that! Don't touch my cursor!
