because it is this address that is specified in the SOURCE_IP field in the header of IP packets that come to your server from PHP in client requests.

Your SERVER_ADDR is gray too. I doubt that 10.253... is the address of the client's provider. Apparently, the web server itself sits behind nat and / or behind a proxy and sees those addresses that substitute the frontend (NAT).
