Why does Outlook keep turning emails into spam?

Good afternoon.
I set up a mail server, everything works well, a check on the
mail-tester
website shows 10 out of 10 and all mailers known to me accept messages in the inbox and only outlook transfers my messages to spam. Maybe someone faced the same problem?
