Sites. Which is more convenient: an email link or a feedback form?

How do you invite visitors to your site to contact you?
Do you use feedback forms? Or if you just publish e-mail, then in what form? Is it clickable/copyable?

mailto: always. The feedback form makes sense if it is a large site, for example, there are different departments and types of requests, etc., but its presence does not exclude the usual link to the mail.

How about both options? It is convenient for someone to use the form, someone prefers to leave a copy of the letter in their sent messages.
As for soap, I answered you in the previous question.

Sometimes people do not trust these forms and prefer to send them themselves for the sake of reliability. :)

I think it's better to use mailto.
There is a good chance that the form you create will not be user friendly. Writing is always easier and more enjoyable in a more familiar environment (email client or mail service).

I agree. Often people perceive such a form as writing to nowhere.

Sometimes it's easier for me to write in the form, because You don't have to open your mailbox to write a letter.

For me, mailto is definitely more convenient :
I always do this:
<a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>
