SendGrid and Yandex mail for domain?

I am a beginner with all sorts of STMP servers, so do not judge strictly if my question seems banal to someone.
There is a website, it is planned to send out 15-20K letters per month via SendGrid, for example, from the address [email protected] People receiving this mailing sometimes answer and correspondence is started between the user and the manager from the same mailbox from which the mailing was sent. As far as I understand, SendGrid is used to send mail and they do not have an interface for correspondence such as Yandex mail or Mail.ru mail, i.e. to conduct correspondence, I need to connect my site to something like Yandex mail for domains in order to have a convenient interface for correspondence.
Вопрос: как сделать чтобы можно вести рассылку с хорошей доставляемостью и иметь удобный интерфейс для переписки, нужно ли для этого подключать два сервиса – SendGrid и Яндекс Почту для домена или достаточно одного или эти два сервиса вообще не сочетаются?

yes, you can connect Yandex and ask SendGrid for the IP addresses of the servers from which your newsletter will be sent, in order to register it in SPF
