Hey! Tell me, please, we need a system so that applications do not disappear and are not lost.
There are many working mails, applications fall on them. And it is not entirely clear whether the managers answered the letter or forgot.
As I see the solution: a responsible manager is created, to whom applications fall, and he distributes them among managers. A record of all applications and an approximate record of the time spent on the answer is kept.
Advise, please, what can be seen and configured?

The system is called CRM.
Worked only with Bitrix24. Among the frequently used ones is Amocrm
