How to protect email from intruders?

Yandex mail. About a week ago, requests for password recovery began to pour in the mail. There were more, but I deleted them. I'm afraid for the files that are on I.Disk. Screen 1 Screen 2 What do you recommend?

1. Take care of a secure password, agree with @cissav suggestions .
2. Close the ability to guess the password through the security question: set a random question with a random answer stored in the same 1Password. Never use a question with a real answer (Pet's name is Gavryusha) or a simple answer (123, gfhjkm).
3. Write a letter to the support service. First, if the iteration is done manually and the user can be associated with the user of the resource, he will be blocked. Secondly, this will be a good argument if the password is somehow sorted out and you will restore access to your account.
4. Make sure that your mail is not forwarded to other mailboxes (https://mail.yandex.ru/neo2/#setup/filters ).

@cissav

1. Start using password managers ( 1Password , LastPass , etc.).
2. Use a password generator, create bulletproof passwords for all your accounts on various services and replace the current ones with them.
3. Do not pay attention to password recovery attempts.

Well, as usual - never log in from other people's untrusted computers. The rest is viruses, trojans. Here, except to switch to ubuntu)

1. Choose a strong password, although this simple recommendation
may come off 2. If it's in the mail, then the good old principle "taken and deleted" still works;)
