Why does outlook fall off Exchange?

Guys, hello everyone. Question for a million: we have Exchange 2016, clients sit on Outlook. For some, auto-discovery clings without any problems, while for the other half, for some reason, it requires a Microsoft account. even if you log in under the account, then an error connecting to the eksch gets out. The most interesting thing is that the problem appears and disappears within two days. What could be the reason and how to fix this issue?

Outlook from some version "sometimes" tries to break into Azure in search of a tenant, and sometimes it seems to him that he found something there. This is governed by policies, details here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troublesh... I configured ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint at the domain level and something else, but the second setting may be related to DNS autodiscovery, I advise you to check settings everywhere, including the public domain, and see what is given there. But the climbing policy in O365 certainly helped to get rid of this behavior.
