Why does not pick up the keyboard and touchpad on boot?

There is a laptop Toshiba satellite l850d. I boot from live-cd, built-in keyboard and touchpad work. I install, I start - does not work. If you connect a keyboard and mouse via usb, the connected ones work. Google didn't help. The keyboard works in the bootloader menu. During boot, the keyboard turns off at some point (seen by the caps lock, num lock LEDs). Further, when the axis is loaded, start the keyboard and the touchpad does not work. By typing, I found out that if you constantly press num lock during boot, then the keyboard still remains working. I installed mint, ubuntu, debian - the result is the same - it does not start automatically. Installed Fedora and everything works fine out of the box.
