Debian Buster + KDE 5.14. Why do GTK dialogs open crookedly?

I'm using Debian Buster with KDE Plasma 5.14. Noticed a strange error. Dialog windows in GIMP, Inkscape, 1C:Enterprise, when opened, are shifted to the top left of the screen. And not all the time, but every once in a while. Tell me how to fix this situation?

in the window settings, set the placement to something other than "optimal"
