Whonix update installation hangs at 67%, VB Debian 10 why?

Whonix hangs at 67% during update installation
I write sudo apt update, after sudo apt dist-upgrade - installation goes on and then stops, always at 67%
Tried through the previous version of VirtualBox 6.0, the same
VirtualBox is installed on Debian 10

What could be the reason?
And when starting VirtualBox, an error is displayed in the console:
