I decided to develop an " interactive floor " system and ran into the following problem.
The camera looking at the projected image recognizes the movement of the animation like any other. And you need to get rid of it. Could you tell me with what it is better to try to achieve this, in hardware or in software to try to analyze moving objects and recognize a person, which, in principle, will greatly complicate the task. There was an idea to use an infrared camera, but in this case the question arises of the model, price (not a big budget), and generally, unfortunately, I have only a theoretical idea of ​​the output image. My Microsoft LifeCam v3000 camera with the IR filter removed and the appropriate IR illumination did not produce the expected results.
I really hope this issue is resolved soon.
