I was able to vote for karma only when my karma became more than five.
The rules say that's how it should be.

At me when +3 was not given. +4 became allowed. I thought this was the rule. I've been here for quite a long time, I still can't fully remember all the rules when what is possible and what is not :). I didn't even think it was a bug :)
