Why does Habrahabr break in Google Chrome?

For about a week now I've been having difficulty visiting Habra through Google Chrome. The complete absence of any layout, styles and behavior. DevTool says that all requests for getting scripts/css/image from habracdn.net and hsto.org are faked. Everything looks good in IE or FF. In private mode, Chrome also does not show the habr in the correct form. What could be the problem?

I can also note that this was somehow connected with https. Resources via https were not loaded, if you try to open image/css via http they are displayed.
Only a total reinstall of Chrome helped, including deleting all folders with profiles for Chrome. Not a solution, but at least something.
