Now I have karma 5 and it says that I have 5 votes left for karma, topics, questions and 10 for answers and comments. But I can't vote for karma. Here is the screenshot. This is correct, since the rules say that in order to increase or decrease karma, you need to have karma above 5. As I understand it, this is a mistake. Do I need to report this somewhere? And in the future, if I find some kind of error, where should I write? Thanks in advance!

You can only vote for karma if the voter's karma is >5.
You couldn't vote, since your karma was equal to five, and not more than five. Everything is according to the rules.
Maybe that's how it's meant to be? ;)
