Why does my computer freeze at low temperatures?
Who faced the complete freezing of win10 at low processor temperatures of 28-35 °.
i5 12600k, mother z690, ddr4, dropsy 2 sections.
Everything is stock, no overclocking.
When you turn it on for the first time, when the computer is cold, Windows freezes after 1-2 minutes, after a reboot it takes 5-7 minutes and so on until it warms up)))) up to 35-40 °
It sounds crazy, but if I manage to turn on the cpuz stress test for a few minutes, the percentage reaches 62 °, then it stops hanging.
The apartment is warm. I tried to disable e-core, put regular overclocking, removed all installed software, nothing helps. The main thing is that there is little time for experiments, after 3-4 reboots the computer no longer hangs.
With an open browser, 10-15 tabs and a running video on YouTube 1440p, the heating is 32-38 °. Dropsy at the lowest speed 650.
Did I get such a cold stone? Please tell me what to do and how to solve the problem.
The computer is new, just assembled, all components are new.
It all started after turning on the computer the next day.

Problem solution
I pulled the RAM, one of the modules was badly plugged in, although the latches were closed.
The temperature of the processor rose by 2-6 degrees, it became even faster on the tests, the freezes disappeared.

Carefully pull out the processor, blow into the socket, if there is oxidation on the contact pads of the processor, then gently wipe it with an elastic band and gently assemble everything back. Reverse the operating system too.
From the banal - not very good contact of the legs. After heating, it expands slightly and the contact becomes good.
Hardly a "dump" processor, it's too new to die. But, if under warranty, I would try to exchange the processor.
But this is a finger to the sky, according to 12600 statistics zero.
I would not take the computer under warranty
, ideally to eliminate problems with the software by testing it on a clean system or even, for example, booting from usb / livecd linux
