Why does my Asus router get a ppoe or vpn authentication error?

Hello. Tell me what's wrong with my router. The most interesting thing is that from early morning until half 10 the Internet works fine, and after this time, the ppoe or vpn authentication error appears. Can you imagine this? It works until a certain time, and almost exactly until half 10, and then the Internet stops working.
Does anyone have any ideas about this?
PS If I connect to the wifi of another router, the Internet works. If the Internet disappears, it disappears on all devices to which it was connected, phone, tablet, PC. Provider real (just in case).

1) check the connection directly from the PC, without a router, when it does not work through the router. This will make it clear whether the issue is in the router or still in the provider.
2) if the issue is in the router, then I recommend doing a factory reset and reconfiguring.
