Hostapd: how to set up work at the same time on two frequencies (2.4 and 5)?

Welcome all!
Tell me please. There is Debian 8, wi-fi card tp-link tl-wdn4800 5/2.4 and hostapd. The hostapd starts up, the speed suits 5GHz. But there was a need to raise the second point on the same map with a frequency of 2.4.
I have 2 configs under 2.4 and under 5 - separately through hostapd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf everything starts up, but I still don’t understand what config I need to write to raise 2 points at once. If you try to feed two configs to hostapd at once, everything will fail. I tried to raise 2 virtual points, but they only rise at the same frequency. If someone tells me where to dig, I will be very grateful.

@stslam

With simultaneous operation of 2.4 / 5 GHz, 2 network interfaces should be visible, one will function at 2.4, the other at 5.
If it is visible, the wifi is configured for each separately .
If it is NOT visible, the card does not support or the hostapd is incorrect.
And yes, you can play around with the fact that the hostapd should probably be compiled with the CONFIG_CONCURRENT_MODE flag?
