How to configure access through bastion to the server?

Hello!
I try to set it up as in the Ansible documentation for bastion, I launch Ping on my server, but in tcpdump on the server I can’t catch packets from bastion, they should come from it and not from my local machine.
Can anyone share a working configuration?
What did I set up wrong?
