Mikrotik

Why does Mikrotik put the provider's address in the sender line when sending a packet from WinBox?

Good afternoon. The situation is the following. There are 2 offices connected by the ipip tunnel. On the first router there is 1 provider, on the second 4.
When I start ping from the winbox terminal from 1 to 2, then the ping passes.
When I start ping from 2 to 1, the ping does not pass.
Began to sniffer this business.
I found that the 2nd microtik in the sender line puts the provider's IP, respectively, the first microtik sends it to the default route.
I tried to disable the provider, so he puts the next provider as the sender.
The question is how to change?
