Have I configured the script correctly on Mikrotik?

There is a router from Mikrotik, a USB modem is connected to it. I would like if the USB modem freezes, then the router reboots it itself.
I registered this in the router settings (see screenshot), but I'm not sure that I did everything correctly - please check. And also tell me what these numbers mean (interval, timeout, duration).

Once a minute, ping the specified address with a timeout of 1000ms, when the blade is turned off, turn on the power to usb for 15 seconds.
The solution is relatively working. As a minus, you can write down the situation when the selected address is not available, for example, an insufficient balance for Internet access. In this case, instead of an operator stub, you can get a situation where the modem is rebooted cyclically, and the user simply does not understand what is happening.
