Interested in changing the EMEI regarding the 'Huawei 3G Modem'
I tried the QPST program , it doesn’t work, it doesn’t see the modem port for something on 2 computers, with different operating systems

In addition to the manufacturer, it would be nice to also indicate the model.
For most Huawei on Qualcomm - so .
If QPST does not offer the required port in the list, uncheck "Show Serial and USB/QC Diagnostic ports only".
