High ping between Wi-Fi Bridge?

There are two Ubiquiti NanoStation loco M2 connected to each other using a wireless bridge in 80 meters of line of sight.
When setting up in the office, the ping between devices was normal.
But after installing the equipment, you will see in the attached pictures that the ping is high and there is no Internet, although the tariff plan is 100mb, and it must be distributed to 10 workstations.
How to solve this problem?

And why do you consider ping <10ms over the wireless bridge to be high?
Judging by the signal and ping indicators, the problem is not at all in the wireless bridge.
