Is it possible to generate a voice with a Mikrotik speaker?

Previously, there was a program that allegedly allowed a squeaker to output phrases to a regular PC speaker by voice. This was back in the days of DOS. Is there a way to do this in Mikrotik? There, in some models, there is exactly the same speaker.

On multitasking OS - most likely not. Because in DOS we could directly control the speaker membrane, and this requires hard real time. So that several thousand times per second, according to the schedule, control is transferred to our program. By the way, under Windows, all these programs turned into a roar of a jet engine, remember?
And music is handled by a programmable timer, an iron microcircuit. To make the sound richer, fast arpeggios are usually set up there, units or tens of times per second - the speed of a multitasking general-purpose OS is quite enough.
The sound card controls the speaker on its own, via DMA, without the participation of the processor.
