Why does Mikrotik cut speed?

The essence of the problem:
There is a Mikrotik RB2011 connected to a cisco switch, from the switch to client computers, the
provider gives 100 Mbps
. When I measure the speed on client computers, it gives out 20 Mbps (on client computers it sometimes gives out declared ones, but very rarely), and with these 20 Mbps pages open rather slowly

1. Update RouterOS to 6.33.3

/interface ethernet
set [ find default-name=ether1 ] comment=wan rx-flow-control=auto tx-flow-control=auto

2. Confuses me - rx-flow-control=auto tx-flow-control=auto on the WAN port. You don't have this on other ports.

/interface wireless

3. I hope you understand what it is and how it works - nv2-nstreme -802.11
For the usual case, there should be - 802.11

You did not use the switching chip (master-port), but combined the ports through the processor.

Do you have Web Proxy enabled and what speed did you expect? You have a 600Mhz processor and a bunch of rules in the Firewall.

Дропы на портах? Сошлись ли циска и микротик в параметрах работы физики (100 fd)? Подробнее расскажите при каком измерении у вас получается выжать сотню (микротика в этом тесте нет совсем)? Пробуйте напрямую подключится к МК ноутом и сделать замер, пробуйте (предварительно забекапившись) сбросить конфиг в дефолт и выполнить замер.
И уберите белые адреса из опубликованного конфига.
