Why does Microsoft Excel display crooked?

The images show that the excel was loaded, but the interface elements were not drawn.
2010 - works fine
2013 - on pics
2016 - behaves the same as 2013

Try to save your settings with the utility from the kit, and then "uninstall and clean" using the office "deleter" or, for example, Windows Installer Clean Up Utility (on the official website now only FixIt utilities), install the program on behalf of the administrator.
And then install the offices you need in the correct sequence, without using automatic installation, or choose the possibility of parallel installation and operation (there is a separate paragraph for this) and restore your settings.
