What are dbf editors with filtering and viewing individual records?

List of what has already been viewed:
1. Excel - you can not view records separately (or can you?)
2. CDBF - everything is as it should, but paid.
3. DBF Viewer 2000 - see item 2.
4. WinDbfView - when viewing records separately, it is not possible to scroll to the next one.
5. Sdbf - no viewing of individual records.
6. DBF editor - no viewing of individual records.
7. DBFPlus - I could not understand how filtering works there.
8. DBFNavigator - no viewing of individual records.
9. GTK DBF Editor - no filtering.
10. xBaseView DBF Viewer - no view of individual records.

It is possible to try Access - there such editor becomes on time-two.
Connected test database to OpenOffice Base(Access) - when you open a table there is a custom filter
