Why does MAMP give a 500 response?

Everything worked. I went to lunch, the site does not load, it gives an error 500.
I have on the site, for the time being, an uncompressed video of 212mb in size, maybe because of this?
There is another site, without php, here it is displayed normally

logs will tell everything
