Why is xdebug not tracking breakpoints?

Good afternoon colleagues.
Trying to connect: Xdebug - Sublime Text - MAMP
but breakpoints don't work.
Installed the SublimeTextXdebug-master package on Sublime Text
Made settings in the project:

The phpinfo() file displays everything:


When xdebug starts, it goes to a page with GET partners ?XDEBUG_SESSION_START=sublime.xdebug
But the breakpoints do not work and the variables are not displayed.

Please help, I've been breaking my head for 3 days, but I can't figure out what's wrong.

I also wanted to add that on restart it displays the message:
"Unable to start Xdebug debugging session.
Another application is already listening on configured port (9000)."
