Why does Mail on mac sometimes lose correspondence?

Hello.
The built-in mail client Mail on my macbook suits me completely. I use it for work mail (exchange) and personal (gmail). In both accounts, it sometimes happens that when replying to a letter, Mail cuts the correspondence. Let's say there was a long correspondence, but after sending you look, but only my answer and the last letter remained. Letters also reach the addressee in the same form.
Has anyone had this?

Karen Grigoryan , don't be sorry 600p, buy AirMail . Forget about the standard Mail, like a bad dream.
PS Sorry, that I do not give a direct solution to the problem with the mail.
