Why does Macbook Pro 2015 13 Retina freeze intermittently when using two external monitors?

Good afternoon!
In February, I became the owner of a wonderful Macbook Pro 2015 13 Retina machine and everything would be fine, but I'm used to working on 3 monitors. One is connected via thunderbolt, the other via hdmi, the laptop display is also on.
Everything works great, but sometimes (a couple of times a week and a couple of times a day) there are strange freezes when working with the window manager, when watching videos and other normal GUI operations.
If you turn off all monitors, then in normal mode the laptop works fine and smartly, without freezing.
The past old machine, lenovo x201 2009, just did a great job with this task, but here I didn’t think that this would become a problem.
Nobody faced such a problem? Or will not give a couple of good advice?

The video card is overheating. Try blowing dust off the laptop and measuring the heat.
