Why does it turn off when I turn on an add-on after I finish working with the application?

Good afternoon!
A colleague develops courses in iSpring. In Office 2019, the iSpring Add-in for PowerPoint (PP) has started to be disabled. Each time you start PP, you have to enable this add-on again.

If the add-in generates an error during operation (crashes), then the next time it is started, it will automatically turn off. The error may or may not be visible.
